At Todanua Boutique, we value transparency, quality and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. 30-day money back guarantee

You may request a change-of-mind return or a size exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, items must be unused and unwashed, with tags attached and hygiene seals intact where provided. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Size exchanges

You may request a size exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. Exchanges are subject to availability of the size you need.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email service@todanuaboutique.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement, and you will not need to return the defective or incorrect item.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty or defective, are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description or sample, or are unsafe or unfit for their intended purpose. These protections apply regardless of any other statement on this page and do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

4. How to start a return

Email service@todanuaboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will send the return instructions and return address by email. Please contact us and receive these instructions before sending your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and size exchanges.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval of the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
