At Todanua Boutique, we are committed to delivering your order with transparency and care. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered.

1. Order processing

Orders are dispatched within two business days after payment confirmation. You receive an order confirmation email after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery times

Delivery takes up to 10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary with customs clearance, local postal services and seasonal demand. If your order goes beyond the estimated window, contact our support team with your order number and we will chase it for you.

3. Shipping costs

For delivery to the United States and our standard USD shipping zone, Standard International shipping costs US$9.00 for orders below US$80.00. Orders of US$80.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Our standard USD shipping zone includes Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Kazakhstan has separate rates in KZT, displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law (for example, faulty or incorrect items).

4. Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Tracking your order

You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear.

6. Delivery issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, lost in transit or damaged on arrival, contact our support team with your order number, a short description and photos if applicable. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve it.
