1. 30-day money back guarantee

You may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in original condition, with tags, hygiene seals and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. For hygiene reasons, a piece that has been worn or has had its hygiene seal removed cannot be returned.

2. Free size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We offer free size exchanges. Reach out to our support team and we will arrange the swap for you, subject to availability of the size you need.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty or defective, are not of acceptable quality, do not match their description or sample, or are unsafe or unfit for their intended purpose. These protections apply regardless of any other statement on this page and do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

4. How to start a return

Contact our support team with your order number and, where applicable, photos. We will confirm the return address and next steps before you send anything back.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
