- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like panties and bodysuits are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or product.
Steps for Returns

- After we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
