Open all the way down, which is the whole point — it is cut to be seen from behind. The adjustable straps are what keep an open back wearable: you set the tension once and it stops shifting.
Polyester and spandex with medium stretch. Enough give to sit and move in, enough recovery to keep the line clean by the end of the night.
